I just got back from a great couple days at the beach. Two friends of Andrea's from Sacred Heart Church in Camden invited us down for the weekend. They have a condo in Wildwood overlooking the bay. Rosemary and Jim fed us too much amazing food and kept us going with drinks on Saturday night. After asking me if I wanted a second drink, Jim said, "After all, a bird can't fly with one wing." A great saying to remember. They spoiled us the whole weekend.

Rosemary is a former nun and Jim an ex-priest. They go together beautifully. And even better, Jim is from Kilkenny, so his stories were told in the best accent possible.

We spent all afternoon on the beach - sunny, but windy and a little cool. We had our trashy magazines so we could keep up on celebrity gossip. We went on the Italian swings on the boardwalk later that night. This morning, we slept in, had a big breakfast and walked on a sea wall by Angle Sea, where lots of people go fishing.

And now we're home and Justin should be back from his canoe trip in a couple hours!
